NO REFUND POLICY

At The Fit Food, we are committed to providing high-quality food and excellent service. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
1. Food and Beverage Orders
Once an order is placed—whether dine-in, takeout, or delivery—it cannot be canceled or refunded. We prepare every dish to order and do not restock or resell food items.
2. Online and Phone Orders
Please double-check your order before submitting it. If there is an error or issue, contact us immediately after placing the order. We may be able to make corrections before preparation begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once the cooking process has started.
3. Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or there is a problem with your order, please let us know at the time of service or within a reasonable time after receiving the order. While we do not offer refunds, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
